A retainer is due upon signing the contract to secure your date. Depending on the package you choose, the remaining balance will be split up throughout the planning process with the final balance due 1 month before the event day. 

What is the payment structure for your packages?

Yes. We’ll review your current progress, prior to officially booking, to ensure we are able to re-establish a remaining budget based on your destination, desired aesthetic and values you wish to embody for your experience.

Can I hire you if I've already hired some of my vendors?

Always! Your custom Proposal can certainly include venue location site visits, design meetings or planning meetings to finalize the details; such as tablescape mock-ups, menu tasting, hair & makeup trials, etc. We’ll ensure expectations are clear and cater to the needs of curating a grounded, intentional celebration. 

Do you offer venue location site visits?

Inquiring through our contact page gets you on the VIP connect list! You’ll gain immediate access to our services guide, all the current destination event educational tips and an email from us to meet virtually to curate you a custom proposal.

What level of event planning & design is right for me?!

Glo State is based in Jackson Hole, WY with deep service & regional familiarity Out West, West Coast & United Kingdom. We’re fortunate to have the industry knowledge to quickly use both vendor connections and awareness to provide event planning & design services at any destination location you desire. 

Do you live in my destination event location?

Although we are here to support you at any point, it’s more impactful for us to begin the journey together at the beginning, fresh slate stage of your celebration. This allows us to personally create you a budget strategy and guide you to those kismet venues & vendors based on your vision.

We’re by your side, every step of the way! Once officially booked with a retainer payment and signed contract, we begin crafting your experience on our end through a custom questionnaire, your very own Client Suite (which tracks our planning progress, such as workflow, budget, digital materials, etc.) and our Communication Flow expectations within business hours of 11:00am - 5:00pm MST; which include – unlimited email & WhatsApp comm. and monthly virtual or physical planning sessions (incl. our 1st Onboard call that occurs 3 week post booking). 

How much access do I get to you as my planner?

We’ll add it on, baby! Once you are in the Glo State haus, we’ll ebb and flow as your visions grow to ensure we meet your needs and have the additional time and support to be there for you, day-of to implement all of your golden ideas. 

What if I want more support once I’m officially booked?

We offer custom event planning & design packages for the elevated experiential lovers at heart. Inquire to review the Glo State Services Guide, as well as an opportunity to connect over a brief Strategy Call for us to discover your values, vision and desired location. It's always beneficial to connect as we may be in the works with new services based on your feedback, or recommend you to an option that may be a better fit!
